Will I be refunded for any unused portions of my subscription upon termination?
No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription plan. Upon payment, your subscription will be automatically activated for a full 12-month period. Subscriptions will expire at the end of this 12-month period.

Can I pay the subscription fee monthly?
The subscription fees for Healthwise and Healthwise Plus Plans are paid in full annually at the point of subscription. The subscription fees are as follows: Healthwise Plan: $18 per year Healthwise Plus Plan: $28 per year
How will my results be issued?
Your results will be issued via email. The email will contain a QR code to your notarised results. You can also request for a hardcopy version of your results, at the clinic.
