What will happen after the video consultation with the doctor?
After the video consultation with the Doctor, the Doctor will take a few minutes to prepare the Medical notes and Prescription.
Once the prescription is completed, you will receive a notification for you to PURCHASE the medications. This will redirect you back into the DA app to review what the doctor has prescribed.
Our prescription will only be available for purchase for 7 days after your consultation within our app. Do note that the prescription is not valid for retail pharmacy purchases. Each prescription requires a consultation with our Doctors. If you would like to purchase the medications after 7 days, a new consultation will be required to re-assess your condition.
