What if my Helper requires a Chest X-Ray to be performed?

If the MOM's medical screening form states that a Chest X-Ray is required, your helper will be required to attend the nearest partnering Imaging Center to perform the X-Ray.

Our clinic assistants will issue you an X-Ray order request form.

Please refer to the package descriptions to understand if X-Ray costs have been covered if not, you will be required to pay for the additional costs.
