What do I have to show to the doctor to be entitled to the $13 consultation fee?

Your in-app account for virtual GP consultations will automatically reflect $13.

For physical GP consultations at our panel clinics, simply present your membership e-card (located within the app, under "Membership & Health Plan"> "My Benefits" tab) during payment to be entitled to the $13 consultation fee. You will have to scan the QR code provided by the clinic and make payment via your DA wallet (prior top up of funds to your DA wallet is required).
