The name on my Medical Certificate is inaccurate. How can I change it?
To update your name on your Doctor Anywhere account, follow these steps:
- Open the Doctor Anywhere app and tap on the "More" tile.
- Select "View Profile" followed by "About Me".
- Edit your name (First Name and Last Name).
- Tap on "Save".
Your revised name will be updated across your documents automatically. To access your Medical Certificate (MC) with the updated name, navigate to the "Activity" tile, select the consultation date, and choose to view it within the app or have it emailed to your registered address.
