How do I raise a return / refund request?

To raise a return / refund request, please contact us at hello@doctoranywhere.com. Ensure to submit your request within 14 days from the date of purchase. When reaching out, kindly provide a detailed explanation of your reason for the return or refund and attach any pertinent documents for our review.

We aim to process return and refund requests within 7 working days and will notify you of the outcome via email, call, or WhatsApp. Please be aware that it may take an additional 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Kindly note that returns or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted. However, items may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
  1. The received item is incorrect, damaged, or expired.
  2. The received item remains in its original condition.
  3. The received item is complete and includes original tags and labels (if applicable).
  4. Items must not belong to the following categories:
    1. Medication
    2. Hygiene-sensitive products
