How do I raise a return / refund request?
To raise a return / refund request, please contact us at hello@doctoranywhere.com. Ensure to submit your request within 14 days from the date of purchase. When reaching out, kindly provide a detailed explanation of your reason for the return or refund and attach any pertinent documents for our review.
We aim to process return and refund requests within 7 working days and will notify you of the outcome via email, call, or WhatsApp. Please be aware that it may take an additional 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Kindly note that returns or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted. However, items may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
- The received item is incorrect, damaged, or expired.
- The received item remains in its original condition.
- The received item is complete and includes original tags and labels (if applicable).
- Items must not belong to the following categories:
- Medication
- Hygiene-sensitive products
