How can I raise a cancellation request?

To raise a cancellation request, kindly reach out to us via email at hello@doctoranywhere.com.

Please take note of the following important information:
  1. If there is a cancellation policy stated in the item description, that policy will take precedence over the cancellation policy outlined in this FAQ.
  2. For Product Orders:  
We typically do not accept cancellations for product purchases, except under the following circumstances:
  1. System errors resulting in duplicate orders or order errors
  2. The purchased item is out of stock
Cancellations must be requested within 1 day from the date of purchase.
  1. For Service Orders:  
    Cancellation of service purchases is generally not allowed, except in the following cases:
  • The patient is medically unable to undergo the service
  • System errors resulting in duplicate orders or order errors
  • The vendor is unable to provide the purchased service
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase and at least 3 days prior to the appointment date. In most cases, no cancellations or refunds will be granted once the service has commenced.
