How do I purchase my medication after the video consultation?
After your consultation, you will receive a notification indicating that your medications are ready for purchase. Simply click on this notification to enter the app and review your prescribed medication list. To ensure you receive this push notification, please ensure that notifications from our app are enabled on your phone. Alternatively, you can open the Doctor Anywhere app and check the notification bar for the prompt indicating that your prescription is ready. Click on "Buy Now" and complete the required information along with payment details. You'll receive push notifications to keep you updated on the delivery status of your medication purchase.
Please note that prescriptions are available for purchase for a period of 7 days after your consultation within our app. However, they are not valid for retail pharmacy purchases, and each prescription necessitates a consultation with our doctors. Should you wish to purchase medications after the 7-day period, a new consultation will be required to reassess your condition.
