How do I make a scheduled appointment to consult a General Practitioner (GP)?

To book an appointment with a preferred General Practitioner (GP) using our Doctor Anywhere app, please refer to the following steps:
  1. Click on "Book an appointment" and choose "General Practitioner."
  2. Pick your preferred doctor from the available options.
  3. Select a date and time based on the doctor's availability.
  4. Fill in all necessary details and proceed to the payment page.
  5. After completing the payment, your appointment will be confirmed, and you can view the details in the "Activity" tile under "Upcoming" in the app.
  6. At the scheduled time of your consultation, you'll find a "Join Call" button. Please ensure to press it promptly, as there's a 5-minute window to join the call from the appointment time.
