How can I access my medical documents on the app?

To access your medical history and documents, click on the “Activity” tab and you’ll be directed to a page containing all your past medical records on the platform.

You can filter it by prescription, medical certificate, referral and plan. To view your documents, click on any consultation date and scroll to the bottom to locate your files. Click on "View" to view the document in-app and click on "Email" to email the document to your registered email address.

For any documents that are password protected, you may enter the password using your registered NRIC/FIN/Passport/Birth Certificate no. (case sensitive). The password is case-sensitive depending on what has been inserted in your profile under More > View Profile > About me.

Should you encounter any issues accessing the document, please get in touch with us at +65 3158 4622 / support@doctoranywhere.com.
