What do I need to prepare before the day of my health screening?
There is no fasting required for your screening. However, avoid a heavy meal and caffeinated beverages immediately prior to your health screening; and avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to your health screening.
Get enough sleep prior to your health screening. A lack of sleep may cause abnormalities in your vital signs.
For your comfort, you can choose to wear a two-piece outfit to your screening appointment.
If you are on medication, you can continue to take your long-term medications as per usual.
