Can I use Doctor Anywhere for my child?

Yes, you can use Doctor Anywhere for your child. Please note that a parent / guardian is required to be present during virtual consultations for children below the age of 18.

For selected users in Singapore who are associated with any insurance / corporate benefits / DA Healthwise, you will be able to add your child as a profile under your main DA account.

For other users, you need to create a new account for your child, which is tied to a unique e-mail address. Stay tuned for more App updates, as we are working hard to enable the adding of child profiles for all our users.
