Can I use Doctor Anywhere for my child?
Doctor Anywhere is an online platform and all users are required to have an email address.
Please note that a unique email address is required for relevant information and documents to be sent to the email account holder, as well as for security purposes.
For children who do not have an email address, their parents can create a new email address on their behalf. Alternatively, parents can use a different email address that has not been registered with Doctor Anywhere previously.
If you are using a Google email address you may create a "Siblings" account by appending a plus (“+”) sign after your email address and after that, you can insert any combination of words or numbers to create any number of personalized email IDs with the same inbox.
You will need to register their account on the DA app. Kindly follow the steps below:
1. Log out from your current account of the DA app.
2. Register a new account with a separate email.
3. Once the account is registered, you will need to set up the profile
*For patients below the age of 16, a parent/guardian is required to be present during the consult with patient*
